1The Board hereby grants leave of the applicant to withdraw this application.
2The parties are in dispute as to whether the Board ought to impose a “bar” on subsequent applications for certification. The Board confirms that it will determine this issue based on written submissions filed by the parties. The applicant’s submissions must be filed with the Board and delivered to the other parties by May 19, 2000. The Toronto Symphony Orchestra and Roy Thomson Hall’ s submissions must be filed with the Board and delivered to the other parties by May 24, 2000 and the applicant’s reply is due May 31, 2000.
3If the applicant files another application for certification for employees in a bargaining unit which includes or is part of the bargaining unit applied for in this application, the Board will hold such application in abeyance pending its ruling on the bar issue.
