DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 13, 2000
1Further to the Board’s decision dated June 14, 2000 the Labour Relations Officer has met with the parties (with the exception of the nurses) in an attempt to settle the precise descriptions of the bargaining units outlined in that decision. To date those efforts have been unsuccessful and the matter remains scheduled for consultation on November 7, 2000.
2The parties are hereby directed to file in writing with the Board, no later than Tuesday, October 17, 2000, their respective and detailed positions on the precise parameters of the bargaining units at issue. The nursing unit is excluded from this direction at this time, pending meeting with the Labour Relations Officer.
3Any submission is to be delivered to each of the other affected parties by that same date. Any response to a submission is to be filed no later than Friday, October 27, 2000. This panel is seized.
