DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 1, 2000
1This is an application for a review of an order of an Employment Standards Officer under section 68 of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1990, ch.14, as amended. The parties have entered into Minutes of Settlement, and have asked the Board to issue certain orders pursuant to these Minutes.
2The Board sees no reason not to do so. However, the Ministry of Labour was not a party to these Minutes, although it was copied with the submissions to the Board with respect to these Minutes. If the Board receives no submissions from the Ministry of Labour on or before 5:00 p.m. on August 15, 2000, it will issue a decision in the form requested by the applicant.
