DECISION OF THE BOARD
1In its Hearing Estimate Form (Form A-16) the applicant indicates that it seeks to add "PWS Services Inc." as a party to this matter. PWS Services Inc. is identified by both responding parties in their responses.
2The Board hereby orders that PWS Services Inc. be added as a responding party in this matter. The applicant is directed to serve PWS Services Inc. with a copy of all materials filed in connection with this application, as well as a copy of this decision. PWS Services Inc. is directed to file and deliver its response following delivery of the file materials in accordance with the Board's Rules of Procedure.
3Upon receipt of the applicant's certificate of delivery, the Registrar is directed to deliver an amended Notice to Employees of Application under Section 69 and/or Subsection 1(4) of the Act (Form B-18) to the employees of Arvin Ride Control Products Inc., Jit-Kit Inc., and PWS Services Inc. The amended Form B-18 shall identify PWS Services Inc. as a responding party in this matter, and shall include a revised terminal date as determined by the Registrar.
