2The reasons for the reconsideration request are set out in the applicant’s letter dated April 27, 1998. The intervenor in its letter of May 7, 1998 opposes the applicant’s request for reconsideration.
3Having considered the submissions of the parties and in the circumstances of this case the Board is not persuaded to reconsider it decision of April 28, 1998.
