This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”), in which the applicant alleges that the responding party breached section 74 of the Act.
By letter dated December 1, 2000, counsel for the responding party advised the Board that the responding party has not received a copy of the application or any documents pertaining to this application. In the circumstances, the Board directs the applicant to deliver forthwith to the responding party a copy of the application and other documents required by the Board’s Rules.
