DECISION OF THE BOARD; February 2, 2000
The Board has received a request for an extension of the February 17 date set out in its decision dated January 25, 2000. A copy of this request is attached to this decision, as it was apparently not provided to the responding parties. In fact, a hearing into Board File 0988-99-U was held on February 2, 2000. Accordingly, the Board amends the date in paragraph 5 of its earlier decision to February 29, 2000. A copy of the submissions filed with the Board on February 29, 2000 must also be delivered to the Ministry of Labour at 400 University Avenue, 11th Floor, Toronto, Ontario, M7A 1T7, to the attention of Ms. Andrea Esson, and to Cinram Limited, 2255 Markham Road, Scarborough, Ontario, M1B 2W3, and the applicant is directed to certify to the Board that they have been delivered as required. Once again the responding parties are directed not to respond to these submissions unless directed to do so by the Board.
I am seized of this matter for the purpose of determining these preliminary issues.
