1At the request of the applicant, the application insofar as it relates to Newton Building Corporation (1997) is withdrawn. The style of cause is amended to refer to F.D. Begley & Associates only. The hearing will proceed on July 4, 2000 as scheduled to deal with any remaining preliminary matters. Paragraph 3 of the March 14, 2000 decision need no longer be complied with, but the parties are directed to comply with paragraph 4 of that decision.
