1This is a request for reconsideration of the Board’s decision dated June 12, 2000 in this matter.
2A review of the file reveals that the Board’s decision was in error in that it directed that payment be made to the employee.
Disposition
3The Board hereby rescinds its decision dated June 12, 2000.
4The Board orders that the wage portion of the monies held in trust by the Director be paid to the applicant Unit Park Holdings Inc. and that the administration fee be retained by the Government of Ontario Consolidated Revenue Fund.
