DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 12, 2000
[1]. It has come to the Board’s attention that information was omitted in error from the Board’s decision dated March 20, 2000.
[2]. The Board’s decision should have directed the payment of the wage portion of the monies held in trust to the employee and the administration fees to the Government of Ontario Consolidated Revenue Fund.
Disposition
[3]. The Board orders that the wage portion of the monies held in trust by the Director be paid to Sadrudin Lalji and that the administration fee be retained by the Government of Ontario Consolidated Revenue Fund.
