Rudolph’s Specialty Bakeries Ltd. v. Thomas Johnston and Ministry of Labour
3190-99-ES Rudolph’s Specialty Bakeries Ltd., Applicant v. Thomas Johnston and Ministry of Labour, Responding Parties.
Employment Practices Branch File No. 32004699
BEFORE: Inge M. Stamp, Vice-Chair.
DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 26, 2000
1This is what appears to be a second request for reconsideration of the Board’s decision in this matter dated May 24, 2000. On June 14, 2000 the Board denied a request for reconsideration of the May 24, 2000 decision. The May 24, 2000 decision denied the applicant’s request for an adjournment.
2Having reviewed the applicant employer’s submissions in this second request for reconsideration, the Board is not persuaded to reconsider its decisions of May 24, 2000 and June 14, 2000. The Board will not entertain any further requests for reconsideration of the May 24, 2000 decision.
3It does not appear that the applicant employer delivered copies of this second request to the other parties as required by the Rules of Procedure. The Registrar is directed to send a copy of the applicant’s letter to the Board, dated June 14, 2000, together with this decision to the other parties.
