1. Neither the applicant nor the affected employer appeared at the scheduled hearing time in this matter. The matter was stood in the event they had been unavoidably delayed. However, when after a one-half hour delay, they had still failed to appear, Ministry counsel moved to have the application dismissed.
2. This application is hereby dismissed.
