DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 26, 2000
1. Board’s decision dated December 31, 1999 was issued in error. The bargaining unit description should read as follows:
all employees of SMS Modern Building Cleaning Services, located at 5650 and 5700 Yonge Street in the City of Toronto, save and except supervisors and persons above the rank of supervisor, clerical and sales staff.
2. An amended certificate will issue to the applicant. The applicant is directed to return the original certificate to the Board.
3. The responding party is directed to post copies of this decision immediately, adjacent to all copies of notices and decisions posted previously. These copies must remain posted for 30 days from the date of this decision.
