DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 13, 2000
The style of cause has been amended to reflect the appropriate parties. The matter was initiated by the Ontario Public Service Employees’ Union.
This matter has been referred to the Board pursuant to sub-section 3(2) of the Hospital Labour Disputes Arbitration Act and section 115 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995. A hearing convened on June 7, 2000 and certain evidence was heard. The matter is scheduled to continue.
Prior to the matter continuing, the parties have agreed to engage in a process and attempt to develop member profiles. In that regard the Executive Coordinator of New Frontiers and/or his designate is authorized by this Board order to release health care information in the event that the parties are able to come to an agreement regarding any member profile.
This matter will reconvene on Monday September 11, 2000. This panel is seized.
