DECISION
[1]. This is an employer request for review of Order to Pay No. 45830. The issues with respect to the vast majority of employees have already been resolved.
[2]. By a letter dated June 6, 2000 the applicant has informed the Board that it does not wish to proceed with its appeal regarding the last two employees, Jeff Savage and Valerie Upfold.
DISPOSITION
[3]. Since the applicant is abandoning its appeal with respect to Mr. Savage and Ms. Upfold, this application is hereby terminated. The Director of Employment Standards is requested to pay out to these responding parties all monies as per the Order to Pay.
