DECISION OF THE BOARD; March 2, 2000

[1]. In response to the Board’s decision dated February 23, 2000, the Ministry of Labour noted an error in the Board’s calculations with respect to the distribution of monies paid in trust. The Board directed that $5,221.87, plus interest, be paid to the employer. The amount should have been $5,744.06.

[2]. Accordingly, the Board reconsiders its decision of February 23, 2000. Subparagraph (ii) of paragraph 3 of that decision is amended by substituting for $5,221.87 the amount of $5,744.06 as the monies “to be paid to the Employer”. All other aspects of the decision are unchanged.
