Decision
1Board File No. 2707-99-HS is an appeal of an Inspector’s order in Field Visit Report #763284 dated November 17, 1999. Board File No. 2708-99-HS is a request to suspend the operation of that order pending the appeal.
2By letter dated January 5, 2000 the Ministry of Labour has advised the Board that the order in question has been rescinded and asks that the matters therefore be terminated.
3Any party objecting to the termination of the appeal and the request for a suspension of the order is to notify the Board in writing no later than 10 days from the date of this decision. In the absence of representations opposing the Ministry’s position, these two proceedings will be deemed terminated without further notice to the parties.
