1. By decision dated May 5, 2000 the Board indicated that the Ministry of Labour, which was not party to the settlement reached by the applicant and Dusan Poupa, had 15 days to request that the matter be listed for hearing. By letter dated May 10, 2000, the Ministry objected to the settlement reached.
2. This matter is thus hereby referred to the Registrar to be listed for one day of hearing.
