This is an application for certification.
According to its certificate of delivery, the applicant delivered a copy of the application to the responding party (and to the Canadian Union of Public Employees) on January 17, 2000. The application was filed with the Board three days later on January 20, 2000.
Rule 14 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure states that Applications for Certification under Rule 65 must be filed with the Board not later than two days after a copy of the application was delivered to the responding party or parties.
Rule 15 states that the Board will not process an application that fails to comply with Rule 14 and the matter will be terminated.
The Board finds that the applicant has not complied with Rule 14. The application is therefore dismissed.
