1The Board has received a Request for Reconsideration of its decision dated July 7, 2000 in this matter. The responding party asks that the Board correct its decision to reflect the fact that the responding party did, in fact, file a response to the application for certification in a timely manner.
2Having reviewed this matter further, the Board finds that the responding party did, in fact, file its response to this application for certification within the time stipulated by Rule 69 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure. The Board’s decision dated July 7, 2000 in this matter is therefore corrected by deleting paragraph 3 of the decision. The Board apologizes for any confusion caused by its error.
3The responding party is directed to post copies of this decision adjacent to copies of its decision dated July 7, 2000, of the “Notice of Vote and of Hearing” and of the “Notice to Employees of Application for Certification”. These copies must remain posted for 30 days.
