The Board has received no response to its decision of February 25, 2000. Accordingly, I order that the monies held in trust by the Director are to be paid out in the manner described in paragraph 1 of the February 25, 2000 decision.
In light of this settlement, the hearing for May 5, 2000 is cancelled.
