1This is an application pursuant to the Employment Standards Act for review of a refusal by an Employment Standards Officer to make an order to pay.
2The matter was scheduled to be heard by the Board on July 12, 2000 at 9:30 a.m. No one appeared for the applicant by 10:00 a.m. on the hearing date although he was duly notified of the date by the Registrar. The applicant has the burden of proof and must adduce evidence to support his application. In the absence of any such evidence, the Board has decided to dismiss the application.
