DECISION OF THE BOARD; September 6, 2000

1. By letter dated September 1, 2000 the applicant advised the Board that the parties have agreed to adjourn this matter sine die pending the filing of a jurisdictional dispute application by the Carpenters union.

2. Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby consents to adjourn this application sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
