DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 25, 2000
1The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated April 19, 2000 from counsel for the responding party, Toronto Symphony Orchestra, in which the Board is asked to issue an order directing production by the applicant of a copy of its constitution and by-laws.

If it objects to doing so, the applicant is directed to bring an appropriate number of copies of its constitution and by-laws to the hearing on April 28, 2000, at which time the Board will consider the responding party’s request for an order directing production.
