Decision
1Having regard to the Board’s decision of February 28, 2000 and Minutes of Settlement entered into by the parties on March 3, 2000, the Board hereby makes the following directions and orders:
In addition to the damages of $9,448.56 ordered by the Board in its decision of February 28, 2000, the responding party is ordered to pay the sum of $15,523.11 to the Tile Employee Bargaining Agency and the sum of $17,219.91 to Local 7 in accordance with the payment scheduled set out in the Minutes of Settlement.
Having regard to the agreement of the parties, the Board hereby consents to adjourn this application sine die for a period not exceeding one year. Unless within that time either party requests that the Board proceed with the matter, it will be deemed terminated without any further notice to the parties.
