1. By letter dated May 18, 2000 the applicant advised the Board that he and the responding party have come to a mutual agreement to end their dispute. The applicant, Mr. Morrison, advises that he will no longer require any assistance in this matter and the mediation meeting scheduled for May 29, 2000 is no longer necessary.
DISPOSITION
2. Having regard to the above this matter is withdrawn with leave of the Board.
