DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 15, 2000
The parties have reached agreements on all matters in dispute in these applications in a Memorandum of Agreement dated November 8, 1999 and Minutes of Settlement dated May 24, 2000.
In accordance with the agreements reached, the Board makes the following consent order and direction:
a) the Board orders that the employer shall pay to the union $75,000 in full and final settlement of all claims in these applications; and,
b) the Board directs the union to waive the fines assessed against Messrs. William Giffen and Scott Ross.
- Having regard to the Memorandum of Agreement, Board File Nos.
0818-98-G, 1893-98-G, 1912-98-U, 4798-97-U, 4367-98-U and 4371-98-G are withdrawn with leave of the Board.
- Having regard to the Minutes of Settlement, Board File No. 0483-98-U is withdrawn with leave of the Board.
