1. This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (“the Act”) which alleges a violation of section 74 of the Act.

2. Pursuant to a decision of the Board dated July 24, 2000, the applicant served additional parts of his application on the responding party and intervenor on or about August 4, 2000.

3. Having regard to the letter from the employer dated August 6, 2000 the Board hereby grants the responding party and the intervenor until September 8, 2000 to file any additional response to the new parts of the application filed by the applicant.
