This is a referral of a grievance to arbitration under section 133 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
This matter was adjourned on consent pending the determination of Board File No. 1742-98-JD, being a complaint under section 99 of the Act. The Board (differently constituted) rendered its decision in Board File No. 1742-98-JD on March 15, 1999.
The parties are hereby directed to advise the Registrar of the Board in writing on or before January 26, 2000 whether they wish to have this matter listed for hearing. The Board shall dismiss this matter unless otherwise advised by the parties.
