DECISION OF THE BOARD
1This is an application pursuant to the Employment Standards Act for review of an order to pay issued by an Employment Standards Officer.
2The order to pay was issued in respect of four persons. The applicant has advised the Board by letter dated February 15, 2000, that it withdraws its appeal in respect of two of those individuals, namely, Alfred Aguilina and Norman Mulligan.
Disposition
3Having regard to the applicant’s letter of February 15, 2000, the Board grants leave to withdraw the application for review in respect of Alfred Aguilina and Norman Mulligan and directs the Director of Employment Standards Branch to disburse portions of the money held in trust as follows, together with all interest that has accrued on those portions:
To Alfred Aquilina $ 7,921.89
To Norman Mulligan $ 3,185.67.
