- On May 5, 2000 the Board issued the following oral ruling with respect to this matter.
The Board has reviewed the materials in this file including the submissions following the vote.
For the reasons expressed in the Board’s oral decisions in South Huron Hospital et. al. on April 6 and 11, 2000, the Board hereby directs that all of the ballots cast in the representation vote except the one segregated ballot be counted.
The parties are also encouraged to reach an agreement as to whether or not the one segregated ballot should be counted.
