DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 3, 2000
[1]. This is an application filed pursuant to section 69 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”).
[2]. In its response to the application the Office Professional Employees International Union, Local 343 (“OPEIU”) submits that the application is “either premature or unnecessary”.
[3]. The Board hereby directs the applicant and the responding party National Automobile Aerospace and Agricultural Implement Workers Union of Canada to file submissions with respect to the preliminary direction raised by the OPEIU. The submissions should be filed with the Board and copies provided to the other parties on or before Tuesday, April 18, 2000.
