1Further to the Board’s decision in this matter dated February 9, 2000, the Ministry of Labour has taken no position on whether interest should be added to the amounts found payable in the Board’s decision dated December 29, 1999. No submissions have been received from the other responding parties.
2Accordingly, at the request of the applicant and pursuant to section 68(24) of the Employment Standards Act, R.S.O. 1998, the Board hereby amends its decision dated December 29, 1999 to require the payment of interest in accordance with the Courts of Justice Act, R.S.O. 1990, C.43 on the amounts set out therein.
