This is an application under section 69/1(4) of the Labour Relations Act (the “Act”). The applicant seeks a declaration that the responding parties are related employers for purposes of the Act.
By letter dated October 15, 1999 Ontario Power Generation Inc. advised the Board that it consents to the declaration.
Accordingly, the Board hereby declares that:
Ontario Power Generation Inc. and the subsidiary corporations listed below are associated or related businesses or activities under common control and direction within the meaning of section 1(4) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, and as a result constitute one employer for the purposes of the Act.
