DECISION OF THE BOARD
1It appears from the applicant’s letter to the Board dated January 26, 2000 that the applicant did not receive the documents sent by the Registrar together with his letter of December 20, 1999.
2The Registrar is directed to send another copy of the Board’s new Rules of Procedure, another copy of the correct application form (Form A-69, and another copy of Information Bulletin No. 23 – Applications for Review under the Employment Standards Act to the address provided by the applicant.
3Rules 16 and 17 provide that an application may be filed with the Board in any manner except facsimile transmission, registered mail or e-mail.
4When the applicant has complied with the rules and resubmitted the application the Board will review the matter. If the applicant does not comply with the rules and forward the appropriate documents within 20 working days from the date of this decision this matter will remain terminated.
5I remain seized for the purpose of reviewing the application.
