Decision
1The Board is in receipt of correspondence dated May 8 and May 10, 2000, from the applicants and counsel for the responding party, respectively.
2The Board agrees with the submissions of counsel for the responding party. The matters raised in the correspondence from the applicants do not fall within the termination application. That application has been granted.
3Further, and in any event, the Board would observe that the submissions made by counsel would appear to be legally correct.
