DECISION OF THE BOARD; June 9, 2000
The Board wrote to the applicant on May 1, 2000, a copy of which is attached, and indicated that the applicant must serve his application on the responding party, trade union and the employer. It appears that the applicant has failed to do so.
The applicant is directed to serve the other parties and file proof of service with the Board by June 23, 2000 failing which this application will be dismissed.
I will remain seized of this matter until the issue of proper service and filing is determined.
