The Board’s decision of June 9, 2000 directing a representation vote in the above files contains an error. The bargaining unit description contained in paragraphs 4 and 9, which was taken from the collective agreements provided by the employer, refer to “all employees” of the Corporation of the County of Grey in its home or homes for the aged in the Town of Durham”. The bargaining unit description should refer to “all employees of the Corporation of the County of Grey in its home or homes for the aged in the Town of Markdale”.
The responding party is directed to post this decision alongside the Board’s decision of June 9, 2000.
