DECISION OF THE BOARD; January 24, 2000
This is an application for termination of bargaining rights.
According to its certificate of delivery, the applicant delivered a copy of the application to the responding party on January 19, 2000. The application was filed with the Board on January 24, 2000.
Rule 14 of the Board’s Rules of Procedure states that Applications for Termination of Bargaining Rights under Rule 70 must be filed with the Board not later than two days after a copy of the application was delivered to the responding party or parties. Therefore, the application was due no later than the end of business on Friday, January 21, 2000.
Rule 15 states that the Board will not process an application that fails to comply with Rule 14 and the matter will be terminated.
The Board finds that the applicant has not complied with Rule 14. The application is therefore dismissed.
