1Pursuant to the Board’s decision dated December 6, 1999, the Ministry of Labour has confirmed with Mr. DeThomasis that he wishes to withdraw his claim for unpaid wages in the amount of $1,516.60 and for vacation pay in the amount of $15,469.28.
2Accordingly, Order to Pay No. 03857 issued on August 11, 1999 is hereby amended to read that the Gross Amount of Assessment is $54,243.87.
