DECISION OF THE BOARD; May 3, 2000
1. This is an application under section 96 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”). The application raised concerns with respect to the adequacy of the vote held in Board File No. 3681-99-R and alleged an unfair labour practice by the union. At a hearing in Board File No. 3681-99-R, counsel for the employer indicated that it would not be proceeding with the unfair labour practice allegation file and agreed that the balance of the application could be disposed of in accordance with the Board’s decision in Board File No. 3681-99-R.
2. Accordingly, and having regard to the decision in Board File No.
3681-99-R, this application is dismissed
