DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 15, 2000
1The Board has received correspondence from the claimant, dated August 10, 2000, which sets out her position concerning the amount of termination pay owed to her pursuant to the Board's decision dated July 14, 2000.
2It does not appear that the August 10, 2000 correspondence was copied to the employer, and it is thus being forwarded together with this decision.
3The employer is directed to provide to the Board and to the claimant its submissions on the amount of termination pay, and other amounts claimed by the employee, and to provide any pay records which it relies upon to establish the rate of pay, should it disagree with the employee's assertion in that regard, by August 25, 2000.
4The Board will then issue a final decision on the amount payable for termination pay, interest and any other amounts.
