DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 21, 2000
On July 6, 2000 the Board issued an endorsement on the record terminating this application as the applicant had failed to make its submissions regarding the untimeliness of its application. On July 11, 2000 the Board received a facsimile transmission cover sheet on which it appeared that the applicant was seeking reconsideration of the July 6th decision.
By a letter dated July 13, 2000 the Board advised the applicant that it had not made its application in accordance with the Board’s Rules of Procedure, and that it should do so. The Board provided the applicant with a copy of the Rules, and the appropriate forms necessary to make a reconsideration application. To date the applicant has failed to file anything further.
In these circumstances there is no valid reconsideration request before the Board, and the July 6, 2000 decision stands. This matter is therefore terminated.
