1. This is an application for certification.
2. It appears that the Notice of Vote and Hearing set out in paragraph 17 in the decision of April 4, 2000 was not posted appropriately.
3. In the circumstances the vote scheduled for Friday, April 7, 2000 is postponed. Such vote will now be held on Monday, April 10, 2000. All other arrangements shall be as set in the Notice of Vote and Hearing previously set out.
4. The employer is directed to post this decision immediately upon receipt adjacent to the Notice of Vote and Hearing previously sent.
