DECISION OF THE BOARD; August 21, 2000
1. On June 26, 2000 the Board was advised that 1312950 Ontario Limited o/a Herbal Magic Systems (“Herbal Magic”) wished to appeal Order to Pay No. 58077. As no formal application was filed at that time, the Board sent Herbal Magic a letter dated July 10, 2000 indicating that the appeal could not be processed unless it was made on the proper forms as required by the Board’s Rules of Procedure. A copy of the required form, along with a copy of the Board’s Rules of Procedure, were sent to Herbal Magic with the letter.
2. In its letter of July 10th the Board indicated that the application must be filed within 10 working days of the date of the letter, and that failure to do so may result in the termination of the application. The deadline for filing the application has now passed, and to date the Board has received nothing from Herbal Magic. In the circumstances this matter is hereby terminated.
