DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 6, 2000
1In a Board decision dated June 9, 2000, the Board ordered the applicant to provide the particulars requested by the responding party on or before June 23, 2000. Following receipt of these particulars, the responding party wrote to the Board on June 26, 2000 and submitted that the further particulars were entirely inadequate and unacceptable. The responding party requested that this application be dismissed.
2The Board has reviewed the particulars submitted by the applicant and finds that they are not in compliance with the Board’s Rules of Procedure in that the particulars do not outline in detail
“all material facts upon which the applicant relies, including the circumstances, what happened, when and where it happened, and the names of any persons said to have acted improperly (Rule 26(d) of the Board’s Rules of Procedure).
3The Board notes that the application for certification has been dismissed and a bar has been issued.
