DECISION OF THE BOARD; April 3, 2000
1Pursuant to the Board’s direction in its decision of February 22, 2000 the applicant advised that it intends to file a section 96 complaint to obtain relief under section 11 of the Labour Relations Act, 1995 (the “Act”). The applicant’s letter of February 25, 2000 indicated that it will be asking that the application for certification and the section 96 application to be filed be put on for hearing together before the same panel of the Board.
2To date no application under section 96 has been received by the Board. Unless the applicant files a section 96 complaint as indicated in its letter by Friday, April 14, 2000, this application will be determined based on the material filed without regard to the request for relief under section 11 of the Act.
