3182-99-HS Solid Wood Products, Applicant v. Ministry of Labour, Responding Party.
BEFORE: John Morgan Lewis, Vice-Chair.
DECISION OF THE BOARD; February 18, 2000
1On January 27, 2000, the Board received correspondence from Solid Wood Products (the “applicant”) in which it purported to appeal an order of a Ministry of Labour Inspector dated January 10, 2000. The applicant also purported to request the suspension of the order.
2The Registrar of the Board advised the applicant by letter dated February 1, 2000, that the Board could not process the appeal or suspension request as it did not conform with Rule 1 of the Board’s Rules of Procedures which requires an appeal and suspension to be filed on Form A-65 and Form A-67, respectively. The Registrar provided the applicant with a copy of Form A-65 and Form A-67 and advised that if the Board did not receive the properly completed Form A-65 and Form A-67 within 15 calendar days of its letter, the proceedings would be terminated.
3As of the date of this decision, the Board has not received the properly completed Form A-65 and Form A-67. Accordingly, Board File Nos. 3180-99-HS and 3182-99-HS are terminated.
