Decision
1By letter dated January 17, 2000 the applicants seek production of certain documents and particulars from the responding party and from the intervenor. The request to the responding party was forwarded on November 22, 1999. No response has apparently been received. The request for material from the intervenor appears to have been made on January 18, 2000.
2The responding party and intervenor are hereby each directed to notify the Board in writing of its position in response to the applicants’ request. Such representations are to be filed within 15 days of the date of this decision. A copy of any representations are to be provided to the applicants at the same time. Should the applicants wish to reply to any representations made regarding the request, they are to file such reply within 25 days of the date of this decision. The request will then be reviewed by the Board.
3I will remain seized for the purpose of dealing with the request for production and further particulars.
