DECISION OF THE BOARD; July 27, 2000
1By decision dated July 26, 2000, the Board directed that a representation vote be conducted on July 28, 2000. After such decision issued, the Board received a response from the employer enclosing a copy of a Memorandum of Agreement for Utility Contractors between the employer and the Universal Workers Union, L.I.U.N.A. Local 183 (“Local 183”). On the face of the Agreement, it would appear that Local 183 may have an interest in this application.
2As a result, the vote scheduled for July 28, 2000 is hereby cancelled. Notice of this application will be given to Local 183 and they are to be provided with two days in which to deliver a response to the other parties and file a response with the Board.
3The responding party is directed to post copies of this decision in all locations where it posted the Board’s July 26, 2000 decision.
